I'm actually glad to see this. There was a lot of OOC things going on between you and Jalim. I know you'd never admit to it, but to never speak to someone and then tell him his previous characters is just OOC crap. You and Jalim both. You both went back and forth as if in another window you were speaking. I wish the imms would look into this, but I already think one of them is an Imm so what's the point?

You were always OOC. You did little but taunt as Jalim does and currently does with all his characters. You are a neutral mage and yet you played like an evil deceiving mage that had more of a high school girl kind of drama involved.

I just wish the imms would get involved with obvious OOC going on. Between you, Jalim and the thief in the tribunal, you all spoke the exact same way and knew things that you couldn't possibly know.

I know it doesn't matter, but some people can get away with things while others cannot. Such is life.

You were a scared little girl when it came to fighting. That wouldn't stop you from going flat to talk continuous crap to those that wanted a fight. That and you wouldn't just stop. You just kept going. Way to go for you. You probably got enjoyment from that, but what a boring character.

Sometimes the high school girls do win out with their #hit talking.

Please have you and your ooc buddy respond as this game is his complete life. GLWYN

So I'm super weird and I log all my deaths. Here is how Gnobflink died:

This seems more like a veiled attempt at calling people out than anything. Also if a mob isn't aggro when you're not duo'd why would it be aggro when you're duo'd?

Good heavens. Seeing the worst possible motivations! I removed the post - it was certainly not the intent to call anyone out. (EDIT: never mind, it will not let me edit!) I said what I said in my goodbyes. It was a clearly failed attempt at self-deprecation because I died some horrible deaths.

On duo, I think I attacked the demon/devil and it chased.

In other news, Zeoshifter is now in Discord so things will get a lot more exciting soon!

Well, the time has come to say goodbye. Gnobflink Puddleblast was an absolute blast to play - my longest lasting (450 hours) and first real PK character - but the role of "evil light" was so out of my comfort zone that in some cases it felt uncomfortable. So there was a bit of an internal struggle - I felt awful for some of my enemies (Hyara for example) but I had to stick to my role/function. If you felt that Gnobflink was "that little ####" and wanted to punch him in the face at times, then I likely also wanted to do the same OOCly!!! In the end, and the reason for the deletion, I found playing a PK character more stressful than I anticipated, and the internal situation of the Spire (on which I will not comment - too many IC things and too many active characters) is not ideal. Tribunal is not a cabal that attracts vets (I understand why - it's a bit boring) and as a result it's a mixed bag of characters. I would love to see leadership bring a bit more discipline to some of the loose behaviors, but Gnobflink felt that he was above getting into disciplinary matters unless it was really getting out of control.

Being a lawyer by trade, Justiciar (which I think I got at around 70 hours played) felt familiar and fun. Pushing the Third Law beyond its jurisdiction created delightful and fun IC drama (and was one of the deals I made with Lord Rillan). Other Magistrates did take the Third Law a bit far, so I had to pull back - but in the end, no regrets because I think (and hope) generally people had fun with it. There are so many cool nuances to Justiciar that are missed on the playerbase - I highly encourage people to try it. @Ishuli - consider boosting inquisition - it certainly has its place but it's very limited in its current implementation.

With this being my first dip into the PK scene, I had to start very conservatively. I think having Arietta and Kharotos in my range in the "Formative Years" has spooked me too much to take risks - those two were brutal to fight. Well done. I think I got a bit more dangerous toward the end. I had two axioms dipping into the PK scene - I was going to loot very little and I was never going to retaliate to people looting me. In other words, I did not care about gear. In the end, these two pillars paid off - I was treated very well by my enemies and folks were very classy. Thank you for that - I hope you felt that I treated you with respect as well. There were a few people that would threaten to full loot me after I took one piece of gear, but generally that was few and far between. Oh, before I forget - losing con for PK deaths SUCKS and in my view limits PK activity. Whoever had the idea of "spirit counter" which accomplished the same thing has my support. Losing per tick regen is brutal. I took wise recovery to counter it.

The transmuter classes is a Swiss army knife. It's a great toolkit. Throw in "detect all" (including seeing people sneak) of Justiciar and it can be a ton of fun. Thank you to Ishuli for the new disrupt spell. I don't know if I can/should discuss it here, I will send you a DM with feedback. Svirf was the choice I made to take advantage of petrify but in the end, I wished I had gone gnome. 25 wis + wise recovery + slow is much more potent. That said, duo'ed Underdark scan with "detect all" is also fun.

The new Veil is GREAT. Just GREAT. Super thin veil = headless villager.

LORD RILLAN: You are wonderful, involved, supportive and entirely misunderstood by the playerbase. All - if you have not had a Rillan follower, you are missing out. Thank you for the tattoo - it was an honor to be your first true priest. I hope I lived up to some of your expectations. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for everything.

TRIBUNAL: Ilise - we very much missed your Light touch after you deleted and Gnobflink started dipping a bit further into darkness. Sylvus - thank you for sticking out - that Provincial appointment took some time and thank you for keeping the rosters. Big T - it was fun to discuss the class with you and to double team in some situations, the Spire needs you to be more present! (By the way, I never had the ambition to take over the Provost. If you retired or switched to Vindicator, I would have accepted it, but I was extremely happy with the Justiciar and felt that it was above the Provost in many ways.) Vindicators - shame on you for not lasting more than a week at a time. Nygara/Toccara - mechanically sound, but incredibly toxic characters, yikes - funnyone - if you can avoid the acid, I think you will be a rockstar as you are present and reasonably good at PK. That said, the award for the worst Magistrate goes to Gukao.

LYEETH: You're awesome. We probably should have never been friends IC but we were and thank you for the friendship and our exchanges on the Veil. Now make another air/O(orU) shifter and take that Vindicator role.

PVASK/MYST: I thought of you guys as Woody Harelson and Juliette Lewis in Natural Born Killers. Well done.

PLAYERBASE: Thank you for half-a-year of fun. We have a truly special community and I appreciate you (friend or foe). I missed a ton of folks - post and I will reply. A ton of awesome memories (like that sucker-punch kill from Nelea - that was awesome and memorable!)

One area of development for my next: I need to have a "living role" that evolves beyond creation. I should have done many more role updates.

Gnobflink Puddleblast

I'll come back to Tribunal eventually. You know I cannot quit you.

Again, thank you thank you thank you to everyone!

Well well well. Look what we have here....

As a player. You're trash, very OOC ISH.

But with that exception, great character. Perfect Justiciar style.

Oh and you're definitely a coward player. Your pks were 'ehhh'

Have you ever had a Trib that didn't get uninducted?

For you to call someone else trash and OOCish is just nuts.

Gnob was great even if he was allowed to intentionally go against the grain of what is correct law interpretation wise as Justiciar.

My favorite admirer. Wouldn't be complete without the two main OOC buddies teaming up.

I've had 2 Provost, 6 Provincials. So yeah... I have. One of my Provost was a Twist Tatted.. Eat that.

And no. nothing about me is OOC. I don't know any of you.
