Well, that was interesting. I need to focus a bit on work, and have a contract which will take up alot of my time for the next 3-4 weeks. I hate sitting a charactor idle, and would rather just roll up a new one when time permits. ALso, how the hell can I bitch about non-active people and then go ahead and do it myself? *grin*
My biggest regret was being in form so much fighting or else sleeping. I miss actually talking and interacting with people. Im usually the type of player to role-play while fighting and ranking. Yelling crazy warcries, taunting my foes, ect, ect. I wish IMM’s would make it so forms can talk to people in the same room. Would make for way better roleplaying......
I accomplished alot with this charactor, killed tons of people, met some cool people, had alot of fun. The Scion Cabal was in the shitter when I started and it seems to be doing better of late. There were alot of times when id wait days before seeing another Scion (in the past, that is). I dont really like leadership positions, I find them time consuming and the constant pestering gets annoying. Yet I always find myself dropping into the position of leader, due probably to my playing times....
I would have liked to have seen the Scion IMM’s have some guidance in the Chasm. I saw Dullameh three times total, during my past chararactors....about 700 hours of game time. I saw Valguarnera twice, once was to make me advisor, the other time was to bitch me out for doing a shitty job....I can only say, I tried hard to make this ‘GAME’ fun for all involved. It felt like a full time job at times, except I wasnt getting paid....I was hoping that Scion leaders might get some kind of reward for being a leader. Warlocks have pendants, Nexuns/Village have special weapons, Sylvans have powers, Scions have pressure to do a good job.
Intronan is the best damn Immortal Ive interacted with. He was there from day one to give a little praise or guidance from time to time....The massive raven form was neat, and I appreciate the effort on your part to let me use it. Players appreciate you, because you make a little time, ever so often, to speak to your followers. Even a brief 1 minute talk, really makes someones day.
#####, I feel bad about leaving alot of people waiting...Farnsworth too. Your ‘mission’ would have been enjoyable, I just had to draw he line on my playing times...
Some goodbyes
BATTLE- There have been so many of you Ive fought, that names begin to run together. I cant even start listing all of you....but you all fight hard and make this game fun. I wont mention all the dead villagers which I gave goodbyes to previously.
Drahk- Damned skilled brute. Fought with courage and kicked ass. Sayangu- Toughest of the village assassins. Kulmortuk- Seemed to do a good job. I hate polearms. Yogor- Died alot. *wink* Kavuul- I saw a definate improvement in you from when you were inducted to now. Keep it up, you are improving daily.
WARLOCK- Poor, poor, warlocks. Unless you link up with Marans/Sylvans/Villagers, I found most of you laughable. I think Caysh, and a few invokers had some merit....but the rest of you...blecch...A running joke between myself and some other Scions were the ‘Adepts’....’Adept so and so, dead.’ Adept so and so, entered the realms’.....30 seconds later....dead. The arcanes seemed to last a bit, as long as they stayed in duo, but when ever they tried anything remotely resembling offense.....dead.
To the warlock leaders- Why are you still all cowering to the grove? I know it must be really dull to have only one foe. And the village from time to time. Why not dettach yourself from the grove/maran/ect, and grow some balls for a change?
MARAN- You guys do your jobs well. WHoever is inducting you seems, for the most part, to bring people who are worthy. The paladins are a pain for me to fight, tough as hell....I only killed the paladins when they were weak of mind, or hurt bad....ANy other time, I was whittling, fleeing, healing, whittling, fleeing, healing....*snicker*
ALnallander- We had some fun fights. You were skilled and brought the fight. Couldnt have asked for more.
Tarnyxil- I know you arent maran, but you fight like one. Damn skilled, hard to beat, even when hurt. Keep it up, you put all bards to shame.
ABthalok- I never liked your charactor much at the beginning because I never saw you unless with a huge group, but that opinion soon changed. Killed you only when you were weakened and fleeing to rest. Good work...
Ulthur- See Alnallander.
Sabrian= The pesty stealer. I liked your effort. Wasnt a good match when we fought. You do your job as ‘jacker’ well though, and could turn the tide of a fight with a few flicks of your wrist.
DAWN- Never saw too many of you. Esmi defended a few times, raided a few times....but usually either side was so lopsided, I never got to see him much in action. Oh yeh, this cabal sucks....get rid of it. Carrion fields is a PK mud....Ive played Dawnites before, had leaders there too, but this was before Maran....now its just a collection of whelps. (Again, Esmi was one exception....)
SYLVAN- Hell yeh. This cabal has been doing really good. Despite their lame powers, many seem to flock to it. Ive had my best fights with Sylvans, and the most fun on raids and defends. I hate spores, and just wish our Cabal inner guardian maladicted with something that lasts 60 hours or so....
Sassmi- Rock on. *snicker* I liked your charactor, and had I not been an ‘evil bastard’ Scion, would have spent time with you.
Nunchyk- I guess I am sorry for punishing you those last days of your life. I was trying to demoralize some of my foes...didnt think you would delete over it.
The rest of the grove try hard, but dont impress me much....yet. Cardiel seems to be learning, but...for an invoker...needs to get tougher fast.
TRIBUNALS- Didnt know to many of you. Never had time to interact much..>Farnsworth seemed adequate at doing the law thing. Would have liked to have gone on your trip...Sorry man.
Finally SCIONS- My favorite cabal, as it allows for alot of fighting and freedom. My only complaint is there is never anything interesting taking place from the IMMS running it. Ive had all kind of cool interactions with other cabals IMMs, except Scion....Wait, I have a second complaint.....being called out for not making people rank at a rediculous pace. I have always aided people trying to rank, and have asked each person Ive inducted that they cannot sit idle. However, I seem to be the only person able to reconize that not everyone plays 7 hours a day. A couple ranks a week seems fine to me, for fringe players. If someone only plays on weekends, and works all week, Im not going to bitch them out if they spend half the time ranking, half the time hunting. WHen Valguarnera spoke to me poorly after archmage mocked my falling to some marans....I was pretty upset. I had been trying as hard as I could to be a presence in the chasm, and build up the cabal from the dismal place it was when I started.
Aginal- The best damn hunter Ive traveled with for a long time. I liked your charactor, and knew you could be counted on to take the fight to anyone. I know you from previous charactors, and probably traveled with you before, because we think totally alike in PK situations.
Trajeona- We had some good times until you turned all weird on me. Ill leave it at that.
Desialia/Thornarcrull- Keep it up. You two are improving daily and seem to be doing your jobs well.
Kratilaire- Enjoyed our travels, you play agressively which I like.
Opija/Uizare/Quimo- All three are skilled players and turn the tide of any battle when they are about...just would have been nice to see you more.
Im taking a break....I’ll think of more people and add to this as I check my posts. There are just too many to mention here.
Some of my most recent charactors; Riav, Vomalice, Wasarbre. It was fun, ill be back.
Anith Jones

Wassy, you went over to the dark side! Didn't Obi Wan teach you anything? What would Gorach say?! Probably something pretty bad.
We only got to fight a few times, unfortuantly Anith was only here for the geriatric version of Ulthur. I spent most of my life carrying around huge amounts of preps, but I've pretty much quit all of that now. I usually don't even wear much in the way of limited gear any more. When you and Aginal got me in Tar Valon, I obviously didn't even have a little old teleport potion on me. Anyway, good job! Come back to Team Good when you're done with work. *wink*

You know, when evils call me friend it usually annoys me, because in game, I'm thinking there are people who are useful, can be useful, or are useless, but no friends. Yet you, I would have considered a friend, and not in the strange friend way I had with Kambolik. Although to be honest, it was more fun fighting Wasarbre than fighting WITH you. Of course, that's just my personality.

I don't understand it, but every time I join a cabal with a good mortal leader, they delete in a freaking week of my joining! I liked your attitude and I liked that you knew what you were doing. Your interview did surprised me a little though. I was expecting a more formal interview but was pleasantly shocked to see what it consisted of. Was a nice change of pace. A great character overall, just wish I could have gotten up there to work with you. Hope you come back to scion's when your done your project. We'll need all the help we can get even with the younger ranks. And next time they ask you to be leader, say "No.". They have no problem if you do that and usually appreciate it more.

I dont hate it entirely. Its just a lot of work. I wanted to be advisor and help someone else but never got to suggest that to the IMMs. I just logged on one day and was Chancellor. If there had been another to help me, with interviews and talking to people, it would have taken alot of stress from me. I wanted to make Valguarnera happy and found myself disapointed that he didnt like me. Its my personality, I get offended easily and always want to please people it seems....*chuckle*

Anaconda is defense. It should be utility because it could get slain very fast, unless everything was in your favor. The ability to constrict took alot of time, and most foes just fled and walked out a bit before returning. In the rounds they were away, the form could regenerate back the damage. So, for one on one fights it worked pretty good. I only got constriction kills during raid situation when people couldnt concentrate or realize they were trapped as easily with all the confusion. The anacondo could use a bit better damage reduction and it would be more on par with a defensive form. It was fun though. I had went Defense/Defense trying to get porcupine and a quick form. Figured since Scion had no numbers, i could use the defense needed to survive.

Granted, you had forms well-suited to it, but some fearless play in the 'early' days before things started to turn around for Scion. The game needs more people who aren't afraid to get on with little or no support and 10+ hostiles in range and try to get something going.
I am contractually obligated to cheer for a quasi-gutsy mongoose.

It felt like a full time job at times, except I wasnt getting paid....
First, no mortal has seen me in about 2-3 weeks. Was travelling and fairly scarce, and my limited CF time was largely used for keeping current and doing design/area work.
To summarize why I don't enjoy running quests anymore, it's more that every time I have with Scion, someone is on the forums a month later bitching that they weren't involved, or that their questform wasn't badass enough, or that I only run them for an elite few and don't explain it to every Tom, #####, and Harry, or that I didn't run it at an acceptable pace, or whatever. I'd rather do design work, coding, write areas, etc. I haven't exactly made a big secret of this.
I was hoping that Scion leaders might get some kind of reward for being a leader. Warlocks have pendants, Nexuns/Village have special weapons, Sylvans have powers, Scions have pressure to do a good job.
They do. It doesn't look like a different skill or object, but there are multiple hard-coded benefits to being leader (as well as automatic benefits for other Scions which you would have also qualified for). I expressed the nature of this to you IC when you were made leader. I'm sorry you didn't notice, but they're significant.

I realize you have limited time, but I just got to feel none of the Scion imms give a damn about the players. I was stressed alot of the time, trying hard to 'make you proud', and my only interaction was negative from you when the 'whelps werent ranking fast enough'. Im not actually greedy for powers and stuff, just felt at times unappreciated. Had the archmage, in over 700 hours of this and my past charactor even said once, you are doing good, I would have been more happier....Yeh, I know im a suck, but you set high standards.
I prayed alot and sent a few notes, trying to get some guidance and help with things I was having troubles with. I had so many amazing ideas for the cabal and wanted to run quests myself, but no one would even talk to me to help me get started. I developed some new themes for the non-mage/empowerment classes, which would have been alot of fun for the scions. I like having a good time, and I just wanted to bring more to the rest of the scions....many of who, delete from boredom after a while. We sure dont have many age dying.....
Why I was so frustrated was I was willing to put in the time to run quests and set up special events within the chasm, but none of the IMMs would ever respond to my prayers to get the ball rolling....

Firstly, I like Eluruum...
Secondly, I have played Warlocks, alot of them...leaders too. I just get frustrated when I see them turn into what they are today. (in general) Yeh, there are the few exceptions from time to time. I guess I will always be a fan of Masters. Savraeth is a bad ass, and if someone would just take some offensive initiative, your imms would be behind you and all of Thera would quake in fear from the power you guys could wield. Warlocks shouldnt be a group of Dawnish spellcasters. They elliminate dark mages, protect magic from the corrupt. Now, picture if they started seeing Sylvan mages as unworthy of the gift of magic, or other cabals that use magic. There could be tons of cool wars and cabal fights going on. Also, letting the conjurers get hunted, but only striking back in defence seems...weak. Start dominating the land. Yeh you are lightwalkers....but should be more aloof, and demanding on the peons of the land. Not shield bitches for the marans, or exploring dim-wits. Go take out the hunters of your allies...crush your foes.
Note: Meant that in a nice way Savraeth.

Actually I've been in that discussion, and there was a while when warlocks raided the grove, which rocked. If I would've been a conjurer leader I would definetly move it that way again. The "peace" is there beccause the *players* chose to (if I'm correct I think Shila was the one making the peace).
having played several warlocks my experience is that the cabal in itself has an easy cookie cutter role for 'newbies' to embrace, I think Daurwyn pointed this out at some point aswell. and well, when I was around it actually tended to be people that weren't that skilled pk-wise that got the leader positions, which is fine by me.
now I'm rambling, but I guess the point I wanted to make was that there always has been alot of newbies in warlock good in some ways that you get somewhat more of a challenge, bad in some ways ("he's an arial, use buffet, not icicle!").

The cabal is pretty friendly. I think my last warlock was Anborankein(another shifter, cant remember my forms). I was Magister during the sylvan wars and was pretty gung-ho for getting the fighting started. The soon as I left the tower the war was over. It was alot of fun fighting more than just Scions and the odd battlerager. Priolith was leader of the grove and was kicking alot of ass. I think only Daurwyn could give him a fair match, he certainly kicked my ass....
My posts sound negative, but I really like the warlock cabal. The IMMs from warlock are awesome.

Personally, I just wish people would go seeking more challenging fights and wars, rather than going with the easy life. What's fun about horribly outnumbering your opponents almost all the time? Warlock attracting a lot of less experienced players probably does have something to do with their attitude though.
Incidentally, since there's been a lot of people talking about the cabal wars lately, I'll say this: While we Imms do watch stuff, individual players should remember that it's your game too. If more people actively thought about what would make the game more fun overall, it might just *be* a little more fun for everyone... but that's all just my personal opinion.

I was glad to get a mention. I never really felt good about fighting you. A two handed paladin against a mongoose is just nothing approaching fair for the mongoose. Your form is dependant on avoiding strikes, and a two hander just has so many things that are guaranteed to hit that it's just sick. Still, you made up for that shortcoming by bringing friends along, and thats ok. I look at Scion as a sort of evil Amway. "Get your friends involved and make a party of it!". Heh.
I never managed to kill you alone and you never managed to kill me alone, and I think this is why we weren't exactly what I'd call bitter enemies. We'd talk a few times, and I always enjoyed the interaction. If nothing else I'll miss having to watch out for you.

I'll start by echoing Nepenthe's comments... was very interesting to see a defense major be so aggressive, and actually pulling it off. So when you first came to me interested in the order, I was already favorably impressed. Then your roleplay impressed me. And while you weren't overtly cruel and evil to most folks, there was an evil nasty core to you that I appreciated. Glad you enjoyed your form, and glad you were patient while my plans slowly came together. Excellent work all around. Do come back when you're less busy.

Mongoose is actually a pretty nasty creature offensively too if you ask me. Those hits pile up damage pretty quickly when you can't parry them all that well. It's one thing if you are a giant rager with rager resist, but if you aren't, mongoose can wear you down in quite a short time.
I think Kurmen (falcon mongoose if I remember right) was pretty similar in terms of agressiveness and success.

From everything I could see, you did a great job as Chancellor. I only wish I could've been around more and ranked up to fight alongside you - as is, I'm one of those people who can't play as often as I'd like to because of massive time commitments from work and the like (usually 10 to 12 hours a day, 5-6 days a week), so I definitely feel your pain there. I also hate logging on when I don't have at least an hour or two to play, preferably more. But I don't mind playing when we're down and out, even if it's not all that much fun getting smacked around. Next time I'll remember not to play a warrior
Good luck with your next character.

You killed me a few times, almost always by choosing a moment when I wasn't ready... though by doing so I learned to be ready when you were around. When I asked if you knew that I'd just been killed by some other dude, I really was just trying to find out whether I should expect that in the future. I have no problem with that kind of thing as valid evil RP. I just hoped you were really doing it because you believe in the rp rather than to boost up your PK ratio. But whatever.
Good enough character, for what little I knew of him, but we didn't talk much. I try to talk to the people I fight, but like you say, you were always in form.
Why do you want dawn removed? Because everyone should be bloodthirsty in one way or another due to it being a PK mud? I can't say I agree.

Pk ratios didnt mean anything to me. I let many people kill me to remove flags. I could have had a ratio approaching 100% if I had tried for that.....numbers mean nothing. As for me killing you when you werent ready, well, I had no chance in hell of ever beating a conjurer with any type of archon alone. I either had to kill the servitors then track him/her down, or strike when the conjurer was summoning. Killed quite a few that way....As far as killing you right after you had been killed. You were fully geared and walking around with no servitors....If I see an enemy, and he is in a weakened condition....(ie: no servitors) I kill them. If they sit at the pit waiting for gear to return, I kill them. I didnt really have any honor about that....I know none of my enemies would give me the same period of grace if I died.....
As for Dawn, I just find it useless....just my opinion. Sure, some of you have fun sitting around sipping tea and role-playing with each other....I just find that lame. But, dont let my jaded experiences effect what you like to do....If its fun for you....keep doing it.

Not half bad yourself, Raven.
Never really interacted with you, but from the titles, form, and your skill in a fight I'm certain it was a well played character.
I always half grinned/groaned when I saw you on. I grinned because it meant that we'd be living in interesting times. I groaned because honestly nothing fubars a rager more than a well played Mongoose - which you certainly were. There were many times that had it been any other scion but you with whatever group you were with that they would have been flattened. As opposed to us having our plans ruined and dying if we thirsted.
Well done all around. I know how the work thing goes.
Good luck with your next.

You had more guts than most of the rest of the Chasm combined, sticking around with a swarm of ragers and maran, and managed to come out of it mostly unscathed. I was alway incredibly impressed by some of the things you pulled, but was disappointed we never really could fight. Either you came without shields and fled after a shockwave or scourge, or you came with shields and I impotently tried to dispel a mongoose.
Over the last two days I think I tried to tesseract to you over 50 times when you were out of form. Frustrating spell.
>WARLOCK- Poor, poor, warlocks. Unless you link up with >Marans/Sylvans/Villagers, I found most of you laughable. I >think Caysh, and a few invokers had some merit....but the >rest of you...blecch...
Bleh. Of course, one of the most amusing fights I've had was with a sylvan druid who decided I made a good target while fighting the nightwalker.
>A running joke between myself and >some other Scions were the ‘Adepts’....’Adept so and so, >dead.’ Adept so and so, entered the realms’.....30 seconds >later....dead. The arcanes seemed to last a bit, as long as >they stayed in duo, but when ever they tried anything >remotely resembling offense.....dead.
I'm actually rather curious about this, as that there have only been two active Adepts since I was inducted (unless I missed more than I thought in my absence). One being me, I'm not sure what you meant by this.

Aside from all that, I thougt we had fun whenever we were together and it was a high point of Farnsworth's life to see someone he gave a first talk to regarding being a Raven become such a prominent and well-played one. I thought you were a good scion, from what I could tell, and from my non-scion perspective, and you certainly had knowledge of the game mechanics one would expect from a cabal leader.
Anway, good luck with your real world committments and I hope to see you in some incarnation in the future of cf.

Thanks for inducting me even though I was so high level already. When I'm dead I'll post my role and explain how I ended up in that predicament. I thought your roleplay was pretty interesting, esp for a scion leader. It may have been your ooc niceness showing through, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and call your roleplay complex and interesting. You were mean and nasty, especially to our foes, demanding 100% looting and sacing and multikilling, which makes a whole heck of a lot more sense for scions than returning people's gear which I see too often for justifiable roleplay (though ooc, we all hate regearing *hehe*). However to scions who were giving it a legitimate effort, you were very helpful. Both in terms of helping people rank, get gear, and even offering some tips, especially in the early days when if we had three heros it was a massive army. When the fold starting getting bigger you starting tightening the noose on the weak ones, a transition that I thought was pretty good since it looked like you were really working on building Scion into a powerhouse. Of course there are always factors for the balance of power swinging to evil or good, but I think you played a good part in bringing scion back to power and so you get the big thumbs up.
I agree that you could have done a lot more if you weren't in form so much of the time, but as for our interactions They were great, and we fought some great fights. Unfortunatly, I never got to see the raven in action because I was away on vacation for most of it. If it isn't a secret how about a log or two? Good luck and see you in the fields.

And about "tricking" me to giving you shields... OOC I knew exactly what they were going toward, but IC, I had no idea, and was just being nice to my friend.

I didnt know your character that well, but your attitude and actions had me puzzled as to if they were indeed rp based or player based. From your post however I feel they might have been player. You had the ability both times we fought to kill me alone, yet you called in aginal. To this day I still dont know why my character doesnt spellbane at all, but I continue to play my rager. You might praise aginal for his "skill" but it isnt hard ghost killing people you've just killed. *engraves a tenth notch in the wall* Hey I just killed another ghost!
A mongoose is probably one of the best air forms out there, you dont need to kill fast as a airform cause you have flyto, which I might ad is a newbie pkers dream skill, which means you can be all over anyone nonstop. Flying away and healing up to fly back and reattack I think is a game mechanics bug. More and more lame players will whittle down a top end pker decked with the best eq in the game by just hitting them nonstop and wareing them down. Will the immortals remove healing from NPC healers ? Making clerics actually usefull? I dunno. Would it remove all the lamers from drawing out pks and basing pks on how much cash you have not how much skill you have? Probably. I've fought many pks where the same person has come back after healing and if it wasnt for my insane set of eq I would not have been able to fight them off a second time. The games balance is based on toe to toe fighting. Not on a person with unlimited healing. Granted if your in the middle of nowhere, and you have to run back to wherever your enemy was it might take some time. But with flyto you can get back to a healer, healup and reattack within two ticks min, Viro used to do it in 1. Any shmuck can spam kill with a air major, its nothing to be proud of, let alone to brag about. It would get as much amusment as a immortal slaying mortals and saying look at me I am soooo good at pking.
I hope you do come back, and I hope you dont pick a pusher combo, You might get RSI from all that spaming flyto, murder.

You mean he intelligently used one of Battle's disadvantages against you? I'm shocked. Playing smart like that is probably some form of cheating.

last time I played a air major just to see if infact they were as difficult as many had siad they were I had a 94% pk ratio. I got yelled at by immortals for "spam killing" people. Now sure at the time I thought to myself. Hey Im just doing what I think was the smartest thing (Killing only those that I know I could kill easily and speedily). I got slung heavily on forums for and after a few log posts for only attacking cake walk kills. I did use preps and didnt want to waste time getting preps so i could fight tougher people. I took what they said and understood where they were coming from. I deleted and nothing more was said.
I dont wish to start a massive debate with you nep, if anything Im fond of you as a Immortal. But a couple times I've seen fine lines moved huge ammounts to the left or right based apon current popular immortal views. I doubt hugely that this would have to do with any mortals that any imms were playing or if they hated/liked the player in question. But rather that the line itself has never been drawn clearly.
I dont like to draw the attention of immortals wrath for doing 1 thing, and then commenting on that then getting told off for commenting on someone else doing it. Makes me feel weird.

Did you want him to just let you kill him? Or never come after you unless he could finish you in one sitting? Villagers are basically vuln to both gooses and airforms, but he gave up a lot for that advantage. Why don't you ask him how useful that combo was on Paladins? Balance is always having something you fear no matter who you are, but at the same time something that you can cream. Should Aginal fear a fire giant berserker with his prepping habits? No, not necessarily, but maybe he fears a druid however, or a warlock voker who preps on an equal scale, or a thief who can steal his preps and give them to warlock vokers to obliterate him with...Everything has their match. Everyone can be taken down by somebody, otherwise the combo that did not have its "fearsome enemy" would be mass-rolled ad nauseum.

My comments were based on a fight we had, probably close to a 50-75 round fight. As he said, I didnt hit him at all. If you stood there for 50 rounds as a rager wailed about trying multiple skills and just being shitout of luck. Would you still be quaking in your boots terrified of the rager who after so many rounds still couldnt touch you ? Im not saying that there are not classes out there that cannot touch him. My comments were aimed at the brag about killing heaps, about using airmajor to kill lots of people who are vuln to you.
Might just me be, or my narrow view, but its far from impressive.

once had to go heal while fighting you. I am not sure you even hit me once. As for your whining about killing you while you just unghosted....thats even more pathetic. I killed you, or had you convulsing and Aginal walked in and killed you.....(almost everytime I hit someone from the air, I would announce to the cabal where so and so was, in case someone could intercept them as they fled.) Moments later two other villagers arrived, Jadirjeke and Kulmortuk, I killed Jadirjeke, Kulmortuk fled. Now....your bloated body was sitting there, and I did not take any of your gear.....hence when you returned, you were fully geared once again. I think I even left your coins, maybe not. Never even checked Jadirjeke's corpse either. ***15 minutes later**** or so, as you unghosted, fully clothed, I saw you again, and yes, attacked you and yes, killed you. You whined about killing a ghost is cowardly....and continue to do so. At full health, fully geared, I dont call that a ghost. If you had been naked, and sitting at the pit, I would have still killed you. You wanted to play a rager, and beat on mages, well tough #####.....you got beat.....alot. As for fighting you one on one.....I couldnt care less about duels. My goal was to crush my foes, and I accomplished that. You should see ANith fight Paladins....they beat the crap out of him, every time, yet...I never died to them, and by using tactics....ganging, whittling, healing, whatever it takes, killed most if not all of them a couple of times over...(one or two exceptions)
If you want to have fair fights...go sit at the inn and challenge people to duels i n the inn. War is war, and you were just another casualty.....er....victim.
