So, just a quick spat about Ogae. I wanted to liven up CF a little bit, creating tension where there's usually not. I've always enjoyed the anathema in tribunal, because it's the concept of breaking a law to fulfill another law, and then once you're wanted, getting to fight magistrates. Of course some thought this was a cheap gimmick while I was just doing it to create some fun.


Ogae wasn't originally Scion bound, that actually came a little later in life due to some teasing by Morius, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I enjoyed the development of Ogae as well, it really brought the character alive for me.

IDK why, but even when I try not to be, I get drown in by Morius all the time. Ogae was originally going to follow Gaspare, but was quite hesitant due to being an anathema. Queue Morius feeling evil little whispers in my ears and thus changing my perspective in life.


Hope you enjoyed, I did for most of the life, but AP in this conservative climate of CF, where people are scared to take chances that aren't 80/20 in their favor just makes for a frustrating time as an AP.

Was a big fan. Tried to help you out where rp would permit it, and was looking forward to finally getting into range with you. Alas, it was not to be. Ogae was just all round great to play with.

You were a big part to Ogae leaving Tribunal, as well as Morius. Our talks lead me to take that idea and run with it, along with the teasing away from Tribunal from Morius as well. I do appreciate the help for sure.

The other is, I see this as a game and being a conservative ninny isn't that fun. Should try it sometime, being a ninny can get boring.

It's just that your PK flag was like watching a traffic light go through the motions. You should take up more Villagers. Berserkers are tailor-made for that playstyle.

Anti-paladins? Well. Not so much.

Given that he just played one that was well-liked by both players and Imms, respected by enemies and a cabal leader. Oh yeah, and he apparently had fun playing it.

I mean.. what more do you want before you call a character successful?

There wasn't much of a weapon in it for him. Which generally is, you know, sort of like the point of the class.

I don't really care about other people's opinions one way or another, so those tangent remarks don't carry much weight with me.

In light of the playstyle demonstrated in Ogae, I made a healthy guess he'd have more fun blazing out with RWB characters. I stand by that opinion.

Not that it really matters.

This is a game, remember? The point of the class, as with literally everything else in this game, is for the player to have fun. If collecting a massive weapon is your idea of fun, great. But that doesn't mean it applies to everyone.

The player had fun, with the playstyle that was fun for him. You have no authority to tell him that he played APs "wrong". He played and he enjoyed himself. He played it right.

Some people tend to forget that and need it pointed out again.

I remember when you first started out and I sicced an oathed on you and he killed you, I told you to not be dull. You started by being dull, then more interesting. All in all, rather a fun character from my side, hope you enjoyed it well enough (despite getting the short end most days), and glwyn!

Heh, glad my story interested you. You helped me a lot oddly enough and I appreciate all that help. Your character was fun, and I really did contemplate cleaving you quite a few times, but in Ogae's mind, I already had plenty of enemies to anger another flyto shifter.

I know we did not have TOO many interactions other then here and there, but I really did like Og. Never really went after you and saw you as causing a lot of chaos in your actions...really wanted to get you to join the tower

Really sad to see you go. Liked your RP, always felt that this is a Huge Dubt But Not Foolish Fire Giant - exactly what fire giants should be. I laughed loud many times when we were talking, a lot of things were funny. Did my best to keep you alive and trucking, but you've been too suicidal - I thought you had a Macho flaw and sphere Death or Destruction

Tbf, I'm not suicidal, I'm just not super conservative. I tend to overextend hoping on the RNG to kick in my favor, but usually it doesn't. Worst part, I lose a few pieces of text, oh woe is me.

I did enjoy your company too, it was a refresher having a powerful ally to help me fend off the outlander hoard

I really enjoyed every interaction I had with Ogae. It was fun getting to run around with you when we did. Your character pathway was pretty interesting too. I hope it was as fun for you as it seemed to be. Rary was rooting for you the whole way! You will be missed.

Loved the adventures we got into, and they were quite fun. I created a lot of trouble for your char when you traveled with me too. Made people not like you much like "How could you travel with that giant, shame on you!" And even though people were hassling you about it, you kept me company and helped me out.

I'll echo what other folks said about Ogae on Discord. He had a hard life and I'm a fan of a plucky underdog. I hate to play the "I was about to do a thing but you deleted" card, but...I was about to do a thing but you deleted. It would have resulted in you either getting some of your charges back or some other minor reward.
