Thanks for the lvl 13 induct!

Now that I know your build, I can see me being around making it even more rediculous! (Double resist, extra hours, etc.) It's too bad ragers are often lone wolf types, and once I hero'd we stopping running around as much.

Also, dang you for not inducting more zerkers. I need more zerkers!

GLWYN. I know how it goes with a 20 month old at home, and we just found out Thing 2 is on its way!

Enjoyed watching you grow and become a good presence for Battle when it needed it. Hope you liked the legacy recommendation! Seemed like the best to compliment your build but I didn't consider if that was the playstyle you wanted. Arial dagger with whirlwind can be a lot of work!

Congrats on the bebe! See you around buddy!

Sounds like you have bigger lands to conquer. It's too bad you have to end it with a dirty slop-chugging hut-humper, but to each his own.

So where it start.  Definitely a bitter/sweet finish, I was sort of just running out of time & couldn't regain the motivation to keep rolling. Sadly.

I rolled thirisg to be balls out pk. So went with a variant of the big build as of late. Super dex Arial dagger!  My general plan was to wear ragesteel my whole life and just figure timing etc out. Applicant for like 3 weeks after talking to Tahren was rough. No resistance in the 30s is painful. Anyhow. Panmorne inducts me(and I ld mid convo, sorry homie). Rites happen like 4 days later and Ghar names me dm, at 36 iirc. Well wtf now man.  I had a tonne of fun with this character. I went no where new, I found nothing I didn't know about, I spent no time worrying about gear, or con, or much at all other than helping villagers. I took the defender path as a core and tried to make that apparent. Hope you all enjoyed. Mentions for those who were exceptional in Thirisg's eyes. Reply and I'll get back at you if you're not mentioned.

The good....

Panmorne:  Thanks so much for the time you spent letting me bump me about not really having a linear plan for our interactions. Had a great time w you and I genuinely appreciate the efforts you made to help keep he village going.  Sorry about the missing note about heroic/non heroic. I can email it to you if you like lol.
Jormyr: I really enjoyed the brief chat we had about the village/tablet/plaque. And actually tried to work it into my induction interviews after that. Sadly no one bit so I couldn't really get it going as a side line for the village.
Ithynil: super cool to see another imm come back and definitely was excited to hear from you when you chimed in on cb.
Oliopterix:  Amazing character. Super influential and effective while not being too brash or anything else. Really glad you got the DM and know that the village is in good hands.
Rastensol: Mummy killer. Lol. You have a great thing going!
Ghar: Thanks for taking a chance on a lvl36 DM and I definitely appreciate the talks about legacies.

The bad.....
Togun: Super fun to fight you, and I know we had a lot of mutual respect for one another. I'm glad we did because it made raid/defence super casual in a game that's normally hardcore af.
Varric: bloody flurry was 80% of my health every fight w you. I don't think I evaded a damn think. I have no idea how ppl get dam roll to a point like that with still being able to cover stats. Good work. Cool Rp.
Other sundry enemies: too many to mention really. Only downside is most ppl either killed me easily, or simply wouldn't fight me unless they had strong odds. Can't say it in a negative way, it's just what Cf is lately. I will say that with all my characters I have a great time rushing into pk w little preparation, knowing full well that most will prep to the ####. You(those who do prep constantly) should try it out. It's pretty fun.

The ugly....
Only two ppl who'll remain nameless.  Like it or not Rp is required. Don't talk mechanisms or ooc bs in game. It really. Really. Really drags you down and everyone around you. Ruins immersion etc..

2nd baby due in a couple weeks so likely won't have time to roll something new for a while. Too much work to w winter/baby/work all getting more pressing. Thanks errybody. This game is teh best. Try to be kind, it's a game. Make it better for 1 person a day.

Had good fun w you. And even more fun romping around as a criminal. Tbh w the wanted flag I could always find a fight from you or the dwarf, but never did have the heart for it. I didn't want to fight a single non mage if I could.

Thirisg was an awesome character and your deletion is disappointing to see. You had a lot of energy and ideas for the Village and that is really fun to see in a Commander. I was hoping to see a lot of what you had planned come to life.

were not a powerhouse, but the power you brought to the village in the form of your presence, constancy, and spirit will be missed. You had a vision that you shared with me, and although we each had our own nuanced view of how things would be better, I thought we clicked. I liked fighting beside you, I liked reflecting with you, and I liked talking about the future of the village with you.

Congratulations on your upcoming new little person, and make time for the baby momma, who may (read: "will probably") find number two exponentially more draining than number one. It is so easy to forget each other when that incessant demanding cry wakes you up for the umpteenth time in the night. All the same, those hard times were good times. Enjoy them fully.

On the down low ...

call resist

I think I caught you a couple of times with resist down when you had the head, which definitely did not fall in your favor. Having said this there were a number of fights we had where you sent me scrambling, and was really surprised at just how quickly things went south sometimes. As I was eating concealed after concealed.

Really good solid job!

Congrats on number 2! Enjoy the break!

Congrats on the kid!

I unfortunately didn't watch this character much, but I want you to know the attitude conveyed in the goodbye is great. Glad you had a great time and I hope others take you up on your challenge.

You were an interesting take on the leadership role. I am always leery when non 'serkers take the commander or dm spots, as sometimes they don't always raise their game and hold people accountable or hold themselves to the higher standard. You did a solid job though, pulling people on the carpet when they went off. I would have been interested to see where else you went with it.

Anyway good luck with the bairn!

You were great. Super aggressive and very much down to fight in all situations. Enjoyed all our fights (there were tons even though lots ended with no fatalitys). I have this amazing log somewhere of excisioning out of a fight with you on 1 hp, then dying to hamstring before my queued heal heal went through.

Big thumbsup from me, probably one of my favourite characters to fight.
