You are viewing a read-only archive of the Carrion Fields discussion forums built from a snapshot of the forum database on 2026-08-25. The search page works, though it is not as sophisticated as the old forum search. This archive encompasses approximately 25 years of CF discussion. Today, that discussion continues on Discord (see the main website for a link).

Some of the special-purpose forums are listed below along with their replacements (as of writing):

Not much I can say about this incarnation about myself. Nhakma was not one of my more memorable characters, and wasn't even a very successful conjurer. I didn't get to do anywhere near what all I intended to accomplish, and I certainly did not gain any reputation as a feared killer... so, it was time to let go and divert my attention to other things.

This was my second high-ranking conjurer, and I definitely learned a lot about the mechanics of that class (enough to feel like my next conjurer could be much more successful).

If there is one thing I could change on the conjurer class, it would definitely have to be the down time. I tended to spend anywhere from 30-50% of my time sleeping, trying to get servitors. I suppose I could have done better if I had made allies who could speed that downtime up, but being in Scion definitely didn't make me a lot of friends.

I'll skip the usual round of thanks to everybody, simply because I am terrible with names and didn't bother logging many events.
