I don't think you can get blood reckoning out of the blue. Killing Dahniv was the most logical way of dealing with things for Zqoemoa after what has happened, and I bet it would've stirred something brutal and bloody up at the Palace. But well, now we'll never know.

Although there doesn't have to be a -good- reason.
I got blood reckoning as a shaman to silence an ap who accused me of looting him when he died. I hadn't looted his gear but I did loot his gold. So he basically got killed again for saying, correctly, that I looted him earlier. Part of me felt like an asshole but part of me was proud that I actually managed to make an evil char be evil.
