After Emperor I kind of reverted to my old ways. Rolled up a shifter and decided I'd see what was up with Nexus. Went offense/defense in hopes of being able to be viable solo if necessary. Ended up with gorilla/armadillo, and while it wasn't what I at first wanted it was pretty damn good. I just kind of blehed out on shifter this go around. Wasn't really taking many chances and was just kind of a bad Nexun I thought, so I rolled something new up and started fresh. Your character is boss. Keep doing you.
