You took a hard path, and I kept my eye out for you. It just wasn't meant to be, I suppose. With my insane work schedule, our times just didn't match up the way I hoped they would. Thanks for trying at least, I'm sorry I couldn't make it more fun for you. Good luck with your next.

Not your fault at all. Work became insanely busy for me. I did enjoy the interaction we had, and I knew the risk that I wouldn't see you because our hours wouldn't mesh often. I had fun along the way, so no great loss
