Is it possible for competent paladin (knight errant slaying dragons and hunting evil at his best, looks like kind of bounty hunter, sphere knowledge(greed or concealment hardly fit to paladin)) be empowered by Qaledus?

I'm sure you could appease Qaledus in a way that would both
please him and not violate the Paladin sensibility enough
to get empowered (if you're sphere knowledge, you should
be able to figure it out  ).
You'd have to take it up several notches to follow the religion,
and I have some reservations there, but empowerment doesn't seem
like too big a stretch at all.

I've gotten a paladin empowered by sphere greed under Tanadin back when he was around. There were some drawbacks, but just to prove nothing's impossible. I felt bad though because the original love I had for the role seemed only lust and I quickly lost interest.
I'm sure if you're smart enough, and dedicated enough, nothing's impossible. Unless a lot has changed since I played last year, heh.
