#142, "Poisoners"

A couple of things: Would it be possible to make concoctions not evaporate over time? I can't see how this would make poisoners overpowered, but certainly it'd make them much less time-consuming (annoying) to play. Now you have to run around for ingredients all the time (well almost), which most often requires (you to get) money as well, and then carry around this extra weight. You step out of the shadows for a considerable amount of time for concocting, so in order to be prepared you need to have concoctions ready (whether this changes at high skill % I don't know, never got that far... anyway the skills improve so slowly that it would be unfair to lowbie poisoners). Also there's a bug on concocted vials: they weigh nothing (should be light though).
Additionally why must APPLY be a skill instead of a command (only available to poisoners)? It seems to me the application success of the concoctions is already covered by the corresponding METHOD skill (food, drink, weapon, contact, inhaled). They have more than enough possibilities to fail the skills already, first with CONCOCT, then with both APPLY and METHOD, and finally victim resistance when applicable.

We'll kick it around.

We're pretty close to being on the same page with this one. Hang tight.
