This reboot, we're adding a couple more unarmed skills (Elbow and Knee) to low-level members of the following guilds: Anti-paladins, Bards, Berserkers, Rangers, Thieves (unpathed skills), and Warriors.

They're essentially less-damaging variants on Kick which have shorter delays on use. Nothing revolutionary, but different people might prefer being able to use "windows" of different duration.

And there's also that odd Brawling helpfile.

In quasi-related news, we changed Kick so that NPCs have the same chance of missing that a (skilled) PC does. Dodge-happy characters rejoice!
