Coming soon to a crash/reboot near you:

Dispel and its variants consider multi-affect spells/skills/etc. as one. In other words, if your shaman communes dispel on someone affected by frenzy (3 affects), you'll either dispel all of the frenzy or none of it. To reduce spam, you'll also only see one unravel or unaffected message for frenzy.
