Artery, Hamstring and Twist will now produce seperate bleeding attacks. The durations and damage have been adjusted to go along with the extra bleeding that can occur.

does impale also cause a seperate bleeding attack, or is it the same as one of the dagger spec ones?

It is different than the dagger spec ones, but the same as all the rest of the bleeding attacks in the game.
