#505, "Small Outlander Tweaks:"


          

1) Harmony will allow an Outlander to (rarely) completely dodge attacks, spells, and other hostile acts in wilderness.

2) Preservation can be done more often, and may heal the Outlander in proportion to the healing brought to the World.

3) Ignite's affects are stronger than previous.
