Added at level 28 to all berserkers. Helpfile:

Orcish berserkers often exhibit feats of great ferocity when cornered or
scared. Foes who prevent an orc's escape when cowardice overtakes them
risk a powerful retributive strike from the orc for their efforts.

Orcs who initiate attacks while badly injured will lack the instinct to make
this ability very effective. In a similar fashion, orcs who have allies
present will be less scared, and less likely to lash out in terror.
