Spent some time adding code that allows me to set a start and stop time for bonus time if we choose to do it that way. Along with the specific times, the mud will announce a countdown to both the start and stop times.

^^^^^ 30 MINUTES UNTIL 100% EXPERIENCE BONUS ^^^^^

And to celebrate...we're tossing out ~6 hours of double experience today and testing it all out to make sure it's working properly.
