Coming next crash/reboot or so.

1) When Battle holds the head, full members of the cabal will be able to get a rough read on the current state of the Veil when they raise truesight. This has a chance to be slightly more accurate for characters with discern spell, including Battle leaders.

2) Higher level Nexus characters who use gauge balance will sense the location of cabal items which are downed at enemy cabals. Note that this will not report the location of a cabal item not currently stored in an altar.

Very cool change. I had always thought it would be cool for those cabals to have a power to check the status of the veil. I know there are other ways, but this is much cooler. =P
