1) To make the title of the list "The Mortal Leaders of Thera", as it more accurately reflect the characteristic CF feature of Cabals being jointly run by both their main player characters as well as their overseeing Immortal characters.

2) Tribunal appears to be missing the Justiciar and Vindicator positions, mentioning only the Provost Magistrate position.

3) To make it "Chancellor of "the" Eternal Night", just for consistency with all the other featured titles.

That is because neither Justiciar or Vindicators can induct, and it isn't a specific position (there isn't just one justiciar or vindicator, there could be hundreds...okay...a couple)
