Unfortunately, my times are somewhat random. I am usually peeking in on and off throughout the daytime hours (say, 10am - 8pm central), but whether or not I am available for empowerment type interaction is based on wildly variable circumstances.

I usually try to make myself available in the evenings (approximately 9:30 pm - 12:30 am) for empowerment type stuff at least a couple times a week.

If you are trying for empowerment, I highly recommend writing a good, in-character note. I am not sure why, but players seem pretty reticent about writing a note for empowerment or religion stuff, but I for one find them very helpful. If I have a clear sense of an empowerment character between a note, a role, and maybe a little random snooping that reveals good a good roleplayer, I will almost always find time to at least send a 'sign' or make arrnagements with another imm to fill in for me if I am finding it difficult to catch you at the right time.
