You are viewing a read-only archive of the Carrion Fields discussion forums built from a snapshot of the forum database on 2026-08-25. The search page works, though it is not as sophisticated as the old forum search. This archive encompasses approximately 25 years of CF discussion. Today, that discussion continues on Discord (see the main website for a link).

#214, "Neutral Outlanders"

It seems by the example of Eyzy and a couple others that an outlander who mass murders anyone who he believes is relying on the city is acceptable so long as he is decently RP'd as such.

What is the stance on a neutral outlander, and a druid in particular who had much the same philosophy. Believing that anyone not embracing nature is harming it, and therefore must be cleansed. Would this fly, or would he be turned evil?

though I had a druid that maybe attacked 2 people not considered traditional enemies of outlander and I got the boot.

Your mileage will vary but if you want to attack everything in sight play a wilderness friendly uncaballed and you will do fine.

The idea that anyone not with us is against us is solidly in the relm of evil role play if you go after everyone. If you belive this philosophy but preach to them or avoid them and only attack a bit then its a fine neutral role.

What I meant to say is that obviously that kind of role is acceptable for a chaotic evil. Question is would it also be acceptable for a chaotic neutral druid.

Probably not one who would like to stay chaotic neutral indefinitely.
