You are viewing a read-only archive of the Carrion Fields discussion forums built from a snapshot of the forum database on 2026-08-25. The search page works, though it is not as sophisticated as the old forum search. This archive encompasses approximately 25 years of CF discussion. Today, that discussion continues on Discord (see the main website for a link).

Arvam, Well, you didn't make any immortal comments or anything, and you didn't comment on my death notice. I would appreciate knowing what you thought of Tonri and what I could have done better from your religion stand point.

Thanks,
Aaron aka Tonri

Sometimes I space out something fierce. I swore I put imm comments on you, but maybe that was all in my head.

Alright, comments on Tonri...

First, the thing that really made this char cool to me was how you'd go balls out in fights, but do it smart. You really took the 'great battle' thing to the max, which is where you stood out religion wise. You'd always try for the big move, and you did some geniunely cool things.

I liked the character a lot. Done better...hrm. Well, I guess everything, but I could say that about any char ever played no matter how good. :p

Specific stuff though...I think RP wise you coulda used a little more polish. This is kind of a lame thing to say I'll admit since improving RP is kind of a vague thing, since there's only so many basic tips you can give. A role that evolves, react to every character in a believable way, let them change you sometimes, sometimes not. I dunno...but don't get me wrong, you did do good.

Anyway, the fighting was the part I enjoyed most of watching this character, and how you approached all that fit with how your RP was and the religion. Good work.
