Try casting a "self-only" supplication on another person, and the resulting echo is something like, "You can't cast that spell on another person."

What supp were you using? I tried with a couple and it all worked like it should.

In addition to ferver, also applies to shaman sups:

'detect invis'
'protection'
'haven'
'protective shield'

Possibly some higher level ones as well- I wasn't able to check them all.
