First thing. The apothecary in Dagdan has no notice that it is actually the apothecary. Not only that, for some reason, when I type where danellanor, I can't sense him. Yet I can type where evir, and find the mayor fine, as well as any other person not hiding in Dagdan.

And thanks for clearing the where sneakiness up. Oh if only it worked for player characters as well  .

It does; however, note the difference between just plain where and where for one specific person.
