I was wondering if the success rate on this skill is a little off or not? I use it almost every time I walk into a major city with maxed Charisma for my race and every time the crowds walk by unimpressed. It also hasn't improved ever since I practiced it to 75%. Maybe someone could take a look at it and tweak it a little? Then again I may just be getting the short-end of the RNG stick. Thanks.

Everytime the crowd will eventually walk by unimpressed. Everything up until that point will be successful panhandling.

I fixed the fact that it was impossible to improve.

..a pecho that announces how much coins the panhandling brought at the end could help to avoid the misconception?
