I just saw a log on Dio's of that Bullette shifter fighting a binder and the bindings never coming off. This happened to me with my last shifter as well. Could you look and see if there is some kind of bug? I was a utility/offense major. I was in fox form during and before the fight. I don't know if that matters or not.

Having looked at some of the binding code earlier this week to fix being able to kill/murder/etc. while trussed... the way this went down doesn't really surprise me. A little unlucky, but well within the realm of possibility.
