Strip as an opening maneuver vs. fist of the titan doesn't initiate combat. I'm pretty sure strip as an opening maneuver, regardless of success, should initiates combat (unless the victim is sleeping). Was watching Ruseig (battle arial whip/flail) vs. Trurkrag (battle fire axe/mace).
