It is worth 0 copper, and is of the 40th level of power.
It can cause 10d3 points of damage, at average 20.
When worn, it affects your ability to do damage by 2 points, your ability to land accurate blows by 7 points,
your ability to do damage by 3 points and your ability to land accurate blows by 3 points.
Just seemed strange that pairs of dr and hr arent combined (making a 5dr/10hr)

Lore, essentially, is reading off a list of affects on the weapon. Berserk and warcry don't combine their +hitroll on your character's affects list; similar, neither do the "natural" +hitroll on a weapon and the +hitroll from, say, strengthen.
