I think that is the name of the power. It is a power of Jhanderin's. Anyway, this is something from a few days ago that I didn't get around to posting until now: it causes damage each time I attempt to cast, even when I don't. For example, if I type cast 'sleep' jhanderin and Jhanderin isn't in the room (so no spell is cast) I get hit for damage. I also noticed while I was affected by this and I didn't have the Sceptre, I get a "You cannot find the Cabal Power within you" message when spamming cast 'sleep' jhanderin that I don't normally get.

Due to the somewhat mysterious nature of this whole event (there's no help file for Curse of Radiance) it might be better to not make this report public. Up to you guys of course.

This is by design.
