First, if you have both water breathing and shield of waves up, and water breathing is dispelled, even though shield of waves is still up, you cannot breath in water.
Second if you want to spam adhesive web on someone, you have the same leg as if you actually casted the spell.

lags you for a round
I think you can even practice this spell at low ranks before you gain the mastery to cast it over an area this way, but I never really wanted to try that out.

Because if you have water breathing up, shield of waves doesn't give you water breathing.
You only get one affect that allows you to breathe under water. So long, and thanks for all the fish!
