You're right, he tells you to talk to the wrong guy now. Descriptionwise you sort of still need the same guy as you used to, but his directions are misleading. That'll FNCR.

They didn't forget.

To look at it one way, they simply do not take orders from you anymore. You're just, to them, some bozo on the street demanding they take their pants off. They understand it, but #### if they're going to do it. (Except not that.)
