#8325, "Swimto and "indoor" spots"

I am rather new with water shifters, but I noticed that I was unable to swimto a person that was underwater as it seemed to consider them indoors. The first place was east of Hamsah on the Open sea, the person went down underwater and I could not swimto them. The second time it occured was on the Dragon sea, the person moved down underwater the first spot where you can move down straight north of the Ashes. I could not swimto them there either (message was along the lines of You cannot swim quickly to a person indoors for both cases). Just wondering if the rooms could be flagged indoors when they should be outdoors? I'll try to log it the next time it happens. Thanks!

There are definitely places under the ocean that are considered indoors. If you know of a specific one that is mis-flagged, let us know. (typo is fine here, since it's a mistake in a specific room.)
