#7763, "Killing people outside your PK range?"

When trying to use demand on an evil PC below my own level, I get the message 'Why don't you just kill him?'.

So how am I to kill someone outside of my PK range exactly? And subsequently I must also ask; what exactly is the point of the demand skill if all it ever does is remind me I might just as well use the kill command instead on everything that I want to use it on.

Enlighten me a little. I post it here because it all does seem quite buggy in many ways.

The helpfile on demand. Emphasis is mine.

Using their bullying tactics and threats, an Anti-Paladin can demand that
evil creatures weaker than them give them their belongings.
