You'll have to pray to have your current hometown adjusted, however. Future Cragstone residents should be fine though.

Have chosen Cragstone as home city.
When recalling as a newbie I was getting to Cragstone temple.
When quaffing recall potion now I get back to plains near Tir-Talah

Have chosen Cragstone as home city.
When recalling as a newbie I was getting to Cragstone temple.
When quaffing recall potion now I get back to plains near Tir-Talath

1) If you got inducted into Outlander in the meantime, you'll always recall to an outdoor location.

2) If you're "bloody" (recent combat), you won't recall to a small hometown, but instead to a nearby larger town. Tir-Talath is normal for Cragstone residents, although you do recall inside the town ("The Main Altar of the Temple of the Plains") and not into the plains outside.

Everything looks to be working as designed. Let me know if that clears up your concern.

Seems to be right, have missed thing about not being able to recall to small cities after combat.
