You continue to tighten your muscles around your prey.
Your prey goes limp as it surrenders to unconsciousness.

And they fled...but they are unconscious?
Also, if someone is sleeping should they really wake up? I mean, by the time your wrapped around them, arn't they going to start loosing air and just far futhter into unconsciousness anyway?

Got more of a log than this? They can wake up if someone is fighting, but if the only thing going on is the constriction, at this point they are done.
