There are times when I sing it, that it will effect my groupmates, but not me, so I continue to sing and it still doesn't effect me. If I ungroup then sing it does, by design or bug?

I couldn't reproduce the exact problem, but I fixed some other stuff in there that might have produced weird results. We'll see if it keeps happening.
