Two conjurer's are in the same group.
Conjurer A has a familiar.
Conjurer B casts flash.
Conjurer A's familiar becomes blinded and attacks conjurer B.

The other conjurer's familiar isn't your servitor, and isn't grouped with you. It's like any other NPC to you.
