Not sure if this is a bug or by design. I've always noticed that when you log onto CF, your affects aren't orderd by expiration like they usually are. That in of itself isn't a big deal, but I noticed when I birdformed, it "spent" the herb set listed last, when in all other instances it expends the herb set you collected first. Not that big of a deal, but I ended up losing the use of an herb set before birdform got a chance to get to it.

You are affected by:
Skill: 'bark skin' modifies armor class by -63 for 35 hours.
Skill: 'protection elements' for 21 hours.
Commune: 'bless' modifies save vs spell by -10 for 20 hours.
Commune: 'bless' modifies hit roll by 5 for 20 hours.
Commune: 'armor of thorns' for 10 hours.
Skill: 'giant strength' modifies strength by 4 for 10 hours.
Commune: 'detect good' for 9 hours.
Commune: 'detect evil' for 9 hours.
Commune: 'protection from metals' for 8 hours.
Commune: 'carapace' modifies armor class by -214 for 5 hours.
Commune: 'fly' for 3 hours.
Skill: 'call of the wild' for 3 hours.
Skill: 'herbal forage' (Offensive) for 2 hours.
Skill: 'herbal forage' (Offensive) for 15 hours.
Skill: 'herbal forage' (Protective) for 18 hours.
Skill: 'herbal forage' (Spent) for 18 hours.

This is due to the way the affects are stored in the pfile, and how they are read in when you log in. We know about it, but the fix is kinda painful and not high on the list. So for now, by (bad) design.
