Ok, I've grown rather pissed now, finding it out wasn't a thief, but 'Ingest Spoils' items, do not hold over log outs. If it's meant to be that way then maybe a little complaining, if its not.. Then now you know, so that extra potion/water container/ or yum yum shiny ding me eats ups hopefully will no longer disappear after logging out... But anyhow yeah, ingested items for orcs dont hold over log outs.

It's always possible that a limited item will crumble due to being overlimit or your not playing very much, though. But ingest spoils are still there - you just have to regurgitate them when you log on again to see them again.
