Every now and then I try to eavesdrop people only to get the same failing message that occurs when I already have a timer on the skill (You can't handle that much information).

This has been happening for some time, but only now did I stop and think that it might be blocked due to an Imm already snooping a character.

If that's the case, it's something you folks likely don't want mortals knowing.

If that's not the case and there are other factors at play to the skill, well, it's taking me 500+ hours to figure out .
