You need to wield a dagger to backstab.

You are using:

<dual wield> a blessed dagger named 'Heartseeker'

No primary, dropped due to ‘weaken’, which I would presume falls into the Dual Wield category, but I figured I'd drop it in anyway. I've tried stuff like this and gotten 'You must be weilding a weapon', but never not having a dagger, when I have one.

The dagger has to be in the primary hand if it's the only thing you're wielding.
