Simple staff from High Tower of Sorcery appears to be level 52. Considering its only detect invis, and the invis staff is much lower level, it appears to be a bug but I am not sure if it may be by design. Thought I'd post it here just in case, seems a bit of a weak item to be a tease. Thank ya.
