I looked up every occurrence of the echoes presented, and they all look to be behaving normally. Can you tell me what you did to trigger it? Movement? An item?

I was in the Underdark just past the entrance from the sewers. When I walked into the room I got the echo. Then I was placed in the sleeping position. I checked my affects and nothing was there so I typed stand and stood right up.
