fire and ice, when fire, doesn't trigger the maran mantle fire healing affect. At least at times.

I notice that this part is qualified as an illusion, and startle is mental damage, not fire damage. I know the later more powerful steps up are fire not mental damage, and didn't know if this was mean to be different or a bug.

fiery illusion is mental damage
ball of fire is fire damage

Both are by design.
