I know that a while ago you changed it so that people don't always hear it when a bard sings it for you.

But....

It is failing a lot. For a groupmate and cabalmate. It's running around 50% of the time. Is that how it's supposed to be? I'm not sure why I wouldn't hear him singing the song for me right there - and in fact I hear it, I see that blue song, but I just don't get the affect.

It seems much worse than usual, so I thought perhaps buggy.
