According to the helpfile, you are supposed to be able to use this on unconcious people. In practice, it's only usable on tied/trussed people, whether awake, asleep, or unconcious. So I think something needs updated/checked.

Also, I have another shadow drag issue that I'm not sure what to do with. It may or may not be designed to work a certain way, but I don't want to post the question on gameplay and have everyone suddenly know how shadow drag works, and how to get around it. Can I post here as one of those "Bug or by design questions", or write a note in-game, or ? Thanks.
