When singing cold be sleep, I can sing it once, and
it will work fine.

MOB1 RESISTS
MOB2 FALLS ASLEEP
MOB3 RESISTS

If I go to sing a second time, no one hears the song
at all, no one resists or falls asleep. This is recent
and it used to work earlier on the char.
