The helpers that are summoned by the apothecar (only noticed them there) have their eq (sword/hammer and breastplate) in their inventory, they are not wielding/wearing it. Bug ?

Not with Averius. He summoned three guards, and they have their breastplate and bloody pichtblack warhammer in their inventories.
