#4587, "Hamstringing a fire shielded invoker"

If I attempt to hamstring an invoker who is fireshielded (Shield of flame, bash protection), the fire shield goes off and then I get the message, "You cannot reach someone's hamstring from your position" or something to that effect. But or design?

You mean You are in no position to reach their hamstring., looking at the code, that looks by design.
