Rangers' camp skill seems to be broken. With good con, I'm getting 18-30hp healing per hour while under camp and not haste. I think I may have actually gotten more than that, _with_ haste, previously.

He might be wearing gear that is healing him on the hour and not on the tick, and is mistaking that bit of healing for his full healing.

May not be the case, but I posted about my hp regen dropping to 5-10 hp per hour when it was just an item of gear confusing me.
