Don't know if this is by design ot not, but I can dual wield heavier weapons with a dagger in my primary just fine. However, the max wield for my dual seems to by 10 pounds. Examples, I'm wielding a jeweled dagger, I can dual wield a 10 pounds (well 9 pound 15 ounce) lumber jacks axe from the weald, but not a 13 poundish cruel battle axe from the troll commander in the goblin village.

If this is by design, sorry, and even then it seems a little arbitrary that 10 pounds is my max dual wield weight.

Oh yeah, str is 22 and I'm not affected by anything. I can give logs.
